Valuation Instructions

Fill out our online valuation request form with details about your vehicle and preferred appointment time. Make sure to provide accurate information to ensure a precise valuation.

After submitting your request, our team will review it and contact you to confirm the appointment date and time. We'll also provide you with the name of the assessor who will be handling your valuation.

Please have the following ready for the assessment:

• Vehicle registration document
• Personal identification (ID/Passport)
• Service history records (if available)
• Previous valuation reports (if any)
• Clean vehicle for better assessment

Ensuring your vehicle is clean and all documents are available will help expedite the valuation process.

During the valuation, our assessor will:

• Inspect the exterior condition of the vehicle
• Check the interior condition
• Verify the engine and mechanical components
• Test drive the vehicle (if necessary)
• Review service history and documentation
• Take photographs for the report
• Note any modifications or special features

After the assessment is complete, we'll prepare a detailed valuation report. Our reports are typically delivered within 6 hours of the assessment and include:

• Current market value of your vehicle
• Detailed condition assessment
• Photographic evidence
• Factors affecting the valuation
• Official stamp and certification

The report will be sent to your email and can also be accessed through your client account on our website.
